In New Mexico, 1959, one of the best defensive backs in NFL history was born. His story lives on through Ronnie Lott sports collectibles. Auctions include sports memorabilia from this versatile player of the 80s and 90s. After playing football for Eisenhower High School, Lott went on to earn a degree from the University of Southern California where he played a part in helping the team win a national championship and compete in two Rose Bowl games. This success made him a part of the College Football Hall of Fame and earned him national praise leading to his career with the San Francisco 49ers in 1981. Other teams Lott shared his skills with were the Los Angeles Raiders, the New York Jets, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Over the course of fifteen seasons, Lott was recognized numerous times for his achievements in ten Pro Bowl selections, nine All-Pro selections, and four Super Bowl Championship rings.
