Since childhood, Uver Q. has been destined to be an artist. Growing up in Cajamarca, Peru with his brother, the famous artist Quispe Malca Gilmer, and his uncle, the renowned poet Demetrio Quiroz Malca, Uver was always surrounded by artists. Uver was then drawn to create art of his own, and studied under the tutelage of Bartome Luzanquis, Edilmer Sanchez, and Jorge Arribasplata. Uver then moved to Lima, where he participated in many exhibitions and shows. Uver is now considered to be one of the strongest upcoming artists from South America.
