Arturo Rivera Delgado was born in Mexico City in 1946. He Studied Painting and Etching at the "San Carlos" Escuela Nacional de Artes Plasticas, and at the Univesidad Autonoma de Mexico. In 1973 Delgado was trained in Silk Screening at the City Lit Art School, in London England. Even as a student Delgado held teaching posistions at the Escuela Preparatoria de la Ciudad de Mexico, as a Professor of Drawing, and Aesthetics. Delgado works have been exhibited at a series of Art Galleries including: The Ward Gallery, Rochester, New York, Jack Gallery, New York, Casa del Institute Mexicano del Seguro Social, Mexico D.F., and the Universidad de Panama, Panama.
