Baccy Jesus Villaflor was born in Peru. In 1969 he studied painting at the famous School of Arts of Lima, graduating with the highest honors. Villaflor was well known for his desire to paint traditional landscape scenes and despite the opposition, he became know as one of the best in this genre.
