Born in Paris, France of Hungarian parents, Sucsan has been painting for over 50 years. He studied art in both Paris and Budapest, training in ceramics, drawing and painting.

The figurative style of Sucsan is in the image of the artist. It is multiple and deep. Each facet of his pictorial production is a precise quest in itself. Each painting is a deliberate choice that may have no visible link with the previous one but whose continuity is present through form, color, graphics, temporality.
