Born in 1923, the artist known simply as “Digby” lived for many years in India before moving to the island of Jersey off the coast of Normandy, France. Later attending the Croydon School of Art in London, Digby went on to be a prolific painter in nearly every medium. In recent years, his watercolors have become quite popular, and more of his work can be found in private collections throughout the U.S. and abroad.
