A California native, Douglas Walker studied his craft at the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland. Walker also attended the Portland School of Art in Portland, Maine, where he earned a BFA in painting. Walker further perfected his craft by matriculating at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
