Eugenio Cohaila was born in Tacna, Peru is one of the most promising artists in Peru. He studied art at Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de Tacna graduating with high honors and already has held more than 30 exhibitions. His work has brought respectable attention having had his art displayed at the U.S. Embassy in Peru and prestigious saloons Banco Continental and Municipalidad de Tacna.
