Frank Aird was born in the North of England in 1950. He is an extremely gifted self taught artist whose love of open spaces is portrayed by capturing the expanse and the majesty of the countryside on canvas. Frank is happily married with three grown up children and he greatly enjoys being in nature. He states, "The skies above are echoed in the beauty below. Using light, line and color I achieve a harmony between sky, land and myself creating a style that can best be described as contemporary to surrealist." Frank's work can be found in many private collections across the globe.
