Hugo Constantino St. Pere was born in 1959 in Jesus Maria, Lima, Peru. He was a member of the Suarez Bertis Atelier in his youth and he received a degree in Communication Science in San Martin de Porras University. Hugo also completed studies in Painting at the prestigious School of Arts in Lima. His works are exhibited by notable galleries and organizations in Peru and he is quickly gaining widespread acclaim abroad.
