Jasmine Ann Becket-Griffith has been creating art since she was a young child. Impassioned by the idea and practice of producing beautiful, fantastical images, Becket-Griffith enrolled at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, concentrating in Drawing and Painting. After graduating, she began her professional career at the young age of twenty-two. She has had a very rewarding career as a freelance self-employed artist. She creates commissioned work, including book covers, Role Playing Game design, illustrations, custom paintings, portraits, and graphic design.

While Becket-Griffith’s skills are very versatile, she prefers to create gothic, fantasy, and faery art. She is drawn to these subjects because, as she says, “I grow weary of the mundane world, and I am trying to slowly create my own through my fantasy artwork. I believe that with each piece of art I get out of my system, onto paper, and into your home I have done my part to make this place a more magical planet.”
