Jose Francisco Lopez Salcedo was born 1955 in Tarma, Peru. He is part of an exceptional group of painters who graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes. Salcedo studied with renowned artists Leonel Velarde, Felix Rebolledo and the beloved Cristina Galvez.
