L. Locke (also known as N. Scott and N. Scotter) was born in 1940 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Locke honed his artistic talent at both the Art Center in La Jolla and the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. A true lover a nature, Locke is inspired by the outdoors, and his love of the wild shows in his brush and palette knife paintings.
