The prints and watercolors of Margo Bors refelect her lifelong love of the natural world and all its elements. For two decades, Margo has maintained a studio on Potrero Hill in San Francisco. Her subject matter is often botanical and detailed with a strong sense of line and color, which she readily attributes to a deep appreciation of both Mexican and Chinese cultures. More work from Margo Bors can be viewed this summer in her upcoming exhibit, “Creatures Small,” opening in the San Francisco Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park in July of 2008.
