Mescoli was born in 1956 in Rome, Italy. Blessed with a great artistic talent and ability, Mescoli paints landscapes which are depicted in a suffused and chromatic variation from a carefully chosen and well balanced palette. His works are created by a myriad of tiny incisive brush-strokes. Mescoli has been widely acclaimed by the critics at the numerous regional and national manifestaions in which he has taken part. His works can be found in some of the most prestigious collections in both Europe and the Unted States.
