After moving to Armenia from Iran in 1969, Noskan pursued his artistic calling at the Art Institute of Yerevan. In 1992, Noskan and his family relocated to the United States, where he continued to create fine works of art. Noskan frequently exhibits his work in solo shows across North America and Armenia, and he has collectors around the world – from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Armenia, Iran, and Belgium.
