Born in Lyon, France, in 1948, Pierre-Jean Llado has been painting professionally since 1979. A pupil of the School of Fine Arts in Lyon, he led a real life artist and he currently teaches at ENAAI Chambery.

His work has been exhibited by galleries across France and in England, Turkey, and China. Having also been featured in many books and journals, Llado's works are found in public and private collections across the globe.
