Natalie Rozenbaum was born in Russia in 1981 in the historic Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. The picturesque city is full of dramatic views, located along the Enisey - one of Siberia's most beautiful rivers - and surrounded by mountains, providing early inspiration to the artist.

Rozenbaum excelled in her studies at the prestigious Omsk State Technological Institute, graduating with honors in Design. Soon after, she immigrated to Israel, where she incorporates the vastly different landscape, city views and inhabitants into her paintings. Glimpses of the desert and ocean can sometimes be seen in her works.

With a minimalist approach to her subject matter, Rozenbaum paints narratives that leave open many possibilities as to what the viewer experiences. She works with a warm palette full of light, bright colors that she uses to form images that evoke the rich tradition of French Impressionism. Bold strokes, multi-layered textures and a refined sense of color placement give Rozenbaum's work an inviting and intriguing feel. Innately harmonious, her creations inspire the viewer to visit and stay a while.
