Robert McFarland was born and raised in Logan, Utah, in 1955 and began studying watercolor in 1987. He quickly began to sell his paintings in a local gallery and expanded from there. McFarland’s paintings have been featured in the National Park Academy of the Arts and Arts for the Parks Top 100. He has twice received Artist of the Year an annual fundraiser in his native Utah and shows his work at many galleries around the state and in Arizona.
