Ross Buckland has become known as a notable aviation artist who has gained the respect of his peers and collectors alike. Buckland was awarded the Founders’ Gold Award at the first American Society of Aviation Artists Forum for his painting of an RCAF CF-101. Ross attributes the lessons of Keith Ferris, Bill Phillips, and Frank Wootton. It was from there teachings that helped his realistic style develop.
