Stetsenko was born on the 12th of June, 1966 in Rostov on Don. In 1990 Stetsenko graduated from the reputed Ilya Repin Institute. Since 1986 he has participated in Art Exhibitions. He is skilled in a variety of mediums and he paints portraits, genre scenes, subject pictures, landscapes, and still-lifes. Stetsenko has done Personal Exhibitions in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Rostov on Don.
