Valentina Soloviev was born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1962. Soliviev's career as an artist took off in Eastern Europe and she is quickly gaining recognition in the west. She is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine and her works are exhibited in some of the most prestigious private and public collections in the Ukraine, USA, France, and the United Kingdom.
