William Biddle was born in Hamilton, Ontartio. He began his artistic studies at the Arts Students League of New York City. Biddle now teaches drawing and watercolor at the Ontario College of Art & Design in Toronto, Ontario, Springbank Visual Art Centre in Mississauga, and the Dundas Valley School of Art.
