Andres Palacios Padilla was born in 1958 and studied art at the School of Arts in Lima, Peru and later at the Seminario Biblico Andino. He is an accomplished abstract artist and was discovered at a young age for having a unique talent and style. Padilla has been known to push his way through traditional means of brush stroke and has continued to amaze art connoisseurs with his soft, unique, style of painting.
