Born in 1970 in Tampa, Florida, Gabriela Juarez earned her degree as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Florida. Living in Atlanta, Georgia, Juarez is constantly developing and refining her artistic skills, a practice which is evident in her elegant and unique artwork. She describes her work as reliant upon her experiences: “My extensive travels throughout Latin America have enhanced in me an appreciation for the evocative nature of the everyday object. My still-lifes attempt to convey this sensuality.”
