Born in Poland and later moved to Vienna, Austria, L. Piasecki painted in the late 1960s. He had always shown an interest in horses, which is why they became a favored subject of his artworks.
Piasecki has been exhibeted with Horizon Gallery, and Jacob Swerdlow Gallery.
