Born in 1964 in Hong Kong, China, Lun Tse and his family moved to California when he was three years old. Both he and his twin brother were inspired to create in this new atmosphere. Tse focused on his art classes through high school, and after graduation he moved to Florida and began experimenting with his art. He was soon hired to oversee a team of artists at a Tampa art company. Tse has also contributed to a number of painting instruction books, including "Painting Murals Fast & Easy", which he co-authored.

Dreamlike but precise, Tse’s artwork is often large-scale, ranging from landscapes to motifs in bright colors and wispy brushstrokes. Tse uses his art to explore and express his upbringing and the cultures he has encountered in both China and the United States. His work can be found in private and public collections throughout this country.
