Palach was born in Ancash, Peru. Despite childhood hardships, Palach graduated from The School of Arts of Lima in 1984. Palach also had the opportunity to work as an assistant for noted artist Abraham Chapeiquen for five years before independently painting. The artist has such strong religious beliefs, that for a moment he contemplated becoming a priest, however his love for art was even stronger.
