Ralph Taylor was born in Russia. He is known for his painting, printmaking and teaching. He has studied at the Graphic Sketch Club; Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art with H. Carter; He has also studied abroad in Italy, France and England. He is a former member of the Philadelphia Art Alliance, Alliance of American Artists and several other well known artistic groups.
