Tarallo was born in 1932 in Seville, Spain, and spent his entire youth captivated by art. His passion was so strong at such an early age that his teachers encouraged him to pursue art more seriously. With the blessing of his parents, Tarallo studied art with much success. Tarallo has since moved to Mexico City where he exhibits his art frequently to captivated audiences.
