Tina was born into a family of artists in the culturally vibrant city of Tbilisi in the former Soviet Union. She received her Masters degree in Fashion Design in 1995 at Georgian State Academy of Arts, but it was traveling throughout Europe that truly inspired her to paint.

Tina and her family eventually moved to the USA, and she now exhibits in New York and Atlanta to very enthusiastic collectors and admirers alike.
