Tom enjoyed all forms of art throughout school life, but concentrated mainly on sculpture for his art examinations. At age 26, while working for British Coal, he turned his hand to painting which soon became his full-time career. Tom lives and works in the North of England, where the variable landscape gives him much inspiration. He enjoys painting all aspects of country life, and his work can be found in private collections all over the world.
